Who can participate in the FAR-131 study?
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you have been diagnosed with
ovarian cancer, have been treated with surgery and a platinum-containing chemotherapy
regimen, and have experienced a reappearance of the disease between 6 and 24 months
after your last treatment with platinum. There are other eligibility requirements
that your doctor can review with you if you are interested in participating in this
study. Participants will be closely monitored throughout their treatment by trained
doctors and nurses who specialize in cancer treatment and research. If you decide
to participate in the FAR-131 study it is important to attend all scheduled office
visits, carefully follow all of your doctor’s and nurse’s instructions, and report
any side effects, if you experience them.
Approximately 900 women worldwide will participate in the FAR-131 clinical
research study.
Thank you for your interest in the FAR-131 study. At this time we are no longer recruiting patients for this study.
